Green and Kalamata olives, the best of two types
The soft and very aromatic almond shaped Kalamata olives are named after the place of the same name in the south of Greece. Only olives from this region may be sold as Kalamata olives. Thanks to the mineral-rich rocky soils, lots of sun, drought and strong winds, the large olives develop juicy flesh and a crunchy skin.
MANI's green table olives are grown on the island of Euboea, north of Athens. The large, crunchy olives and small seeds are harvested by hand.
Each jar of MANI olives also contains unique intangible ingredients: mindfulness in dealing with people and nature, love for our work and a pinch of Greek sensuality. Hoppa!
