The word pasta comes from Italy and means pasta, dough, or pie. The word noodle comes from the German Nudel and also means pasta, but it is usually produced differently with other ingredients. For example, Italian pasta is usually made from durum wheat and noodles (or noodles) from rice flour or buckwheat flour.
Monograno Felicetti is an example of delicious, authentic Italian pasta. Organic pasta in all shapes and sizes from antique, pure grains such as Matt, Farro and Il Capelli. TerraSana has some gluten-free, organic noodles based on (black, Thai or brown) rice or buckwheat, which are versatile in Japanese cuisine.
All pastas from Monograno Felicetti and TerraSana are organic, low in gluten and vegan, with the exception of Pasta Tagliatelle all'uovo (with egg).
