These small sour gherkins from Pique Assiettes are pickled according to an old family recipe from Alsace. Vinegar, sea salt, onion, mustard seeds, fennel, cilantro and pepper are skilfully added to make the most delicious gherkins.
These sour gherkins are small, about the size of a little finger. This makes them ideal to snack on with the aperitif. Also delicious on a sandwich!
