Our organic mild mustard is made in Alsace with ingredients of 100% French origin, including mustard seeds. Pique-Assiettes is committed to working with French farmers to supply locally and has established a supply chain for organic and French mustard seeds. Our partner farmers grow mustard seeds in France.

It would be good for everyone to eat more mustard. Mustard contains healthy nutrients such as the amino acid tryptophan and many omega-3 fatty acids. It also contains many minerals and some vitamins. Mustard is also said to neutralise bad substances in food, such as nitrite.
