Pique Assiettes sweet and sour gherkins: delicious as hamburger gherkins and in salads
The small sweet and sour gherkins or cornichons of Pique Assiettes are picked by hand, sorted and pasteurised according to a traditional Alsace recipe. The traditional blend of spices with vinegar, water and cane sugar gives them a delicious full sweet and sour taste, while keeping the gherkins crunchy.
These sweet and sour gherkins have a small size, about the size of a little finger. Cut them into slices and place them between your sandwich or hamburger bun or add them to a salad. Also delicious with the aperitif!
