Hemp oil is pressed from hemp seed. Hemp oil contains two essential fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid) and linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid).
Furthermore, hemp seed also contains other fatty acids, such as oleic acid, gamma-linolenic acid and stearidonic acid.
Hemp oil can provide support in nutrition and skin conditions. That is why hemp oil is also used in body care products.
