Sushi nori sheets from TerraSana: ideal for sushi
Sushi nori course ideally suited to roll delicious sushi. The taste of nori is slightly savory and umami. Dip your sushi in tamari and a little umepasta and you experience a real Japanese flavor explosion. Sushi nori harvested in the Japanese Ise-Shima Bay and traditionally processed into sheets of nori.

Popcorn with furikake and nori
Fancy popcorn with a Japanese twist? The softness of the sesame oil, the umami of the nori and the salty of the furikake makes this popcorn truly unique and also very addictive!
Ingrediënts:
50 g of popcorn
5 tbsp sesame oil + for garnish
2 tbsp sesame seed
2 el 4 Algae Botanico mix of Amanprana
1 sheet of toasted, fragmented nori
Preparation:
Use a pan with lid for this recipe. Put the sesame oil in the pan. Make sure the bottom is completely covered after shaking back and forth. Add a thin layer of corn to the pan. Make sure that the bottom is just covered, so that the granules are well in the oil. Turn on the fire. It is important now that you shake the pan every 10 seconds, so that the granules do not stay in one place for a moment and are surrounded at the same time with the oil.
As soon as the popcorn starts to pop, you put the fire half-soft. Keep shaking back and forth until the dolls stop. Keep the lid on the pan for a while, so that you do not get any last potted corn kernel in your face. Then cut the noril into squares of about 1 cm with scissors. Put the popcorn in a bowl. Sprinkle with sesame oil and finish with furikake and sliced nori.
