Plant-based rice milk is made from Italian organically grown rice. Cold-pressed sunflower oil and safflower oil along with a pinch of sea salt provides the very accessible taste and texture. Water is an essential component of rice and cereal drinks. The water used comes directly from a mountain spring in Italy's Lessini nature reserve, in the Little Dolomites. This rice milk is produced by The Bridge, a family-owned Italian company that has been making quality rice and cereal drinks for over 20 years.
