These three herbs bring our bodies back into balance and help you ground yourself. For this reason, it's called 'Touch the Ground' and stands for the element of earth. The herbal infuesion restores the element of earth, so that you can be down to earth with both feet on the ground. From an ayurvedic point of view, this is an excellent tea to drink when you feel a lack of control or order.

According to ancient wisdom the five elements are the symbolic building blocks of our lives. To live in harmony, one must have all five elements in balance. How do we know if we are balanced? And how can we restore balance?
Many ancient medicinal systems such as Ayurveda and Sat Nam Rasayan have designed mechanisms to treate imbalance. Yoga is another method which is often used to balance out the elements. For the Shoti Maa tea, master blenders were inspired by these ancient mechanisms to create a line of Teas for the Elements.

| Use | For daily use. Serve warm. We recommend you use boiling water to prepare herbal tea. Do not use more than 500 m of water for each teabag. Pour boiling water over the teabag and allow to draw (for around 7 minutes). |
