Black garlic paste from Amanprana adds a sweet and intense flavour to your dishes.
Black garlic is fermented garlic (Allium Sativum), also known as aged garlic, aged garlic extract or black garlic. Black garlic is a distinctive seasoning that adds a sweet and intense flavour to your dishes. At the same time, it no longer has that garlic smell or the bitter taste of raw garlic.
Fermented garlic is almost twice as healthy as white garlic
Fermented garlic is easier for the body to digest and absorb compared to the regular (white) garlic. This is due to the antioxidant S-Allylcysteine, which is soluble in water. Black garlic contains almost twice as many antioxidants as regular garlic: 198 units of antioxidants per gram compared to 119 units per gram in regular garlic.
Black garlic or fermented garlic: a versatile delicacy
With black garlic, for example, you can season curries deliciously. Fermented garlic can also be used as a seasoning in a variety of dishes. Thanks to its sweet taste, it gives cakes, biscuits etc. a delicious twist, so children can also appreciate this delicacy!
