Recipe Chili sin Carne
INGREDIENTS
Coconut oil , 3 cloves of garlic
1 onion, 1 red bell pepper
500 g seitan mince
1 tsp chili spices , 1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder, 1 cube of vegetable stock
½ teaspoon coconut blossom sugar
3 tbsp tomato puree
400g canned tomatoes in their own juice
400g AUGA red beans
150 ml water, salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan, add the minced garlic, fry for a minute, then add the chopped bell pepper and cook for a further 2 minutes. Transfer the minced seitan to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes.
Add all the spices and fry until the seitan is cooked. Add all other products. When it starts to boil, turn the heat down to low, continue stirring occasionally and simmer for half an hour (best results if it simmers for an hour).
Add salt and pepper, if necessary. Serve with rice, yogurt, coriander, chili.
