The whole mushrooms are grown, selected and cut by hand on AUGA's farm. They are then freshly prepared and packaged locally. These small mushrooms, preserved in light brine, have a special taste: they are slightly crunchy, juicy and are perfect for soups, salads and various garnishes.

These delicious mushrooms are packed in an innovative lightweight stand-up pouch, which can rightly be called the packaging of the future. During its entire life cycle, this bag produces less CO2 emissions than traditional packaging such as a glass jar of the same size. Because the packaging is so light, this also saves on transport and therefore on CO2 emissions.

Recipe pasta with mushrooms and goat cheese
INGREDIENTS
farfalle pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
250g AUGA . mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
100 ml white wine
50g cream
Salt and pepper
A handful of spinach
Goat cheese
PREPARATION
Cook the pasta al dente. Pour a little olive oil into the pan, add the chopped garlic and fry for a minute. Add the mushrooms. Pour in the white wine and let it sit for a minute to let the alcohol evaporate. Add cream, season with salt and pepper. Put the cooked pasta in the pan with the sauce and mix everything together. Add the spinach. Crush the goat cheese on top of the dish.
