Pesto is a classic Italian flavoring that is originally based on basil. This kale pesto from Bio Orto is surprisingly made of crunchy kale with garlic, which combines excellently with lasagne, gnocchi or other pasta.

Pasta pesto with kale pesto and garlic
INGREDIENTS
300 g fussilini
2 sweet peppers in strips
250 grams cherry tomatoes
180g Pot Pesto Bald with garlic
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Pine nuts & parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven on grill stand.
Put the peppers together with the tomatoes in an oven dish. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and grill for 10-15 min. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until done. Drain and mix the pesto into the hot pasta. Add the grilled vegetables to the pasta. Garnish with cheese and pine nuts.
