The relaxation mix of Ladrôme is a harmonious, well-balanced blend of the essential oils of marjoram, petitgrain, bergamot, grapefruit and lavandin super.
How to use this relaxation mix?
- Massage: mix 3 to 4 drops of essential oil with vegetable oil (coconut oil, almond oil or olive oil) for a local massage.
- Spray / vaporize: half an hour to an hour during the day or in the evening, before bedtime
