The balsam fir is a large, majestic tree native to Canada. Its gum resin, used by Native Americans since ancient times, is the source of "Canada balsam". The essential oil from the needles has a mild and pleasant balsamic scent.
How do you use this essential oil?
- Massage: mix 3 to 4 drops of essential oil with vegetable oil (coconut oil, almond oil or olive oil) for a local massage
- Diffusing / evaporating: follow the guidelines on the product to use the correct amount of water and essential oil
