How To Use These Bright Blue Edible Flowers?

Starters: Strooi onto your green salad, tomato-mozzarella salad, rice and tabbouleh, or mix into your sauces. 

In hot dishes: before cooking sprinkle some flowers in rice, tajines, couscous, soups or stews. Add a few flowers, before serving.

For dessert: Mix it in your dough for cakes, puddings or other pastries. Sprinkle on your fruit salads, desserts or cheese. Add it into your homemade ice cream or jam. 

For drinks: give flavor to your cocktails, lassis or yogurt.
