Plant-based drinks are made from grain, nuts or soybeans. They are excellent milk substitutes. Choose your plant-based milk according to taste or nutritional values. For example, almond drink contains more fat and proteins, but less carbohydrates and sugar than, for example, rice drink. Oat drink is better for your latte or cappuccino and almond milk for your regular coffee.
