Tamari, a powerful, gluten-free Japanese soy sauce from Terrasana
This Japanese soy sauce is made from soya beans and koji, a unique Japanese mold. Terrasana is authentically made by real Japanese connoisseurs and requires a fermentation period of no less than 18 months. This fermentation takes place in 100-year-old cedar barrels.
The taste of tamari is wonderfully complex and powerful, and contains all five flavours: salt, sour, sweet, bitter and umami. With this type of Japanese soy sauce, you can raise any dish to a higher level miso soups, noodles, marinades sushi, ... even stews!
