Ingredients	water, tomatoes, tomato paste, bell pepper, sweet corn, red kidney beans* 4.1%, black beans* 4.1%, rapeseed oil, quinoa mix 1.5% (white 80%, red 15%, black 5%), onion powder, roasted onions (onions, sunflower oil), garlic powder, sea salt, rice flour, sugar, coriander leaves, jalapeno peppers* 0.17% *= ORGANIC
Use	Place the contents of the bag in a pan and heat while stirring. Bring water to a boil, place closed bag in water and simmer for 10 minutes. Microwave: Open the bag and heat at 750 Watt for 3-4 minutes. 1 bag is good for 1 large bowl of soup or 2 small bowls of soup. Store at a temperature of 0 to 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight. Store in the refrigerator after opening and consume within 2 days.
