During the germination process, the grain is roused from its 'sleeping state', ensuring that its vitality and qualities are fully released. The activated grains are then air-dried and flattened. Use the sprouted oat flakes in your muesli, porridge or as topping for desserts.

You can cook the organic oat flakes in water or (plant-based) milk to make oat porridge for a healthy breakfast. Or let them soak overnight and then add them to your muesli or yogurt. Oat flakes always have a little more bite than oatmeal, because the flakes are not cut. As a result, oat flakes need to cook a little longer on low heat.
