Is nut butter a healthy spread?

Recipe: Chia pudding with date-nut mix
This chia pudding is great to start with in the morning. Are you a real chocolate freak? Then add 1 tbsp raw cocoa and 1 tbsp maple syrup to the chia pudding. This immediately makes it a chocolate bomb!

Preparation time: <10 minutes + night soaking
Ingredients:
- 150 ml almond milk
- 30 g of black or white chia seed
- 100 ml coconut milk + 5 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tbsp 3-Mix nut butter
- 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
- 5 dates
- 1 banana
Preparation:
- Mix the almond milk and the chia seed in a mug. Let this soak for a minimum of 30 minutes to a night. Stir well in the first 10 minutes, otherwise the chia seeds will stick together.
- Then add the 100 ml coconut milk and stir.
- Cut half a banana into slices and place it against the sides of the glass. Finely chop the rest of the banana and mix with the chia pudding.
- Put the dates, the 3-Mix and the cocoa powder in a blender and grind until smooth. Add 5 tablespoons of coconut milk until the mixture is liquid enough.
- Fill your glass with the chia pudding and the date mixture.
