This yummy spread is made from roasted organic cashew nuts, hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts. You can taste the four individual nut flavours, but you also get quite a different taste sensation than when you eat non-blended nut butters.
We’ve been making 4-Mix in-house for 35 years! It’s a yummy and versatile product that can make any time of day just that little bit more special. It’s delicious in sandwiches or as an ingredient in baking or smoothies. 4-Mix nut butter is made from 100% nuts, with no additives. Over time, a layer of oil can form on top of the nut butter. This is natural fat from the nuts. Just stir it in and enjoy!
Is nut butter a healthy spread?
It’s recommended that we all eat a handful of nuts (around 25 g) every day. The health effects of nuts are undeniable, and spreading nut butter on your sandwich is just as good as chomping on whole nuts. Peanuts are actually legumes, not nuts, but they have very similar health effects to true nuts. TerraSana nut butters are made from nuts and nothing else – they don’t contain additives such as salt, making them an ideal healthy spread. Nevertheless, you should enjoy them in moderation – nuts are healthy, but they’re also high in calories.

Recipe: Oat cookies with carrot and 4-Mix
These oat cookies are deliciously chewy and not too sweet. Do you prefer to eat as little sugar as possible? Then you can easily omit the coconut blossom sugar. The ingredients are not bad at all: you could almost eat this for breakfast!
Number: 10 cookies
Preparation time: <30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 100 g of 4-Mix
- 100 oatmeal flakes
- 100 g of carrot
- 50 ml maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 4 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Finely grate the carrots. Put the oatmeal flakes in the food processor and grind until it is (almost) as fine as flour. Beat the egg in a bowl.
- Then add all ingredients, with the exception of coconut blossom sugar, to the egg and mix.
- Make balls from the dough and roll it through the coconut blossom sugar. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and press them slightly flat.
- Then bake them in about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy it!
